If you can, take up cardio. Chronic stress isn’t good for the body, and sometimes you need to just release the energy stored from your fight or flight. Take up kickboxing. Start doing squats. Do jazzercise or yoga or tai chi. Whatever you can do, do. Even arm circles or blaring music and dancing
