Don’t praise Mike Johnson for knowing what the 22nd amendment says. That is too low a bar. Demand that he also come up to speed on the 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th & 14th amendments. And the emoluments clauses. And defend the WHOLE constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

If you think that due process only applies to citizens then ask yourself what you would do if someone accused you of being a non citizen. Either we all have due process or no one does. The Constitution affords the former. SCOTUS has unleashed the latter.
