Maybe @thetnholler.bsky.social should think about all of this when they take shots at the Democratic Party. You’re good at drumming up rage against the only opposition to what’s happening but, encouraging voters. Not so much. You were openly told this would happen if the Trump got back in office.

as a queer disabled person I've listened to over 10 years of "the left" screaming obscenities at me b/c they think my focus on being able to LIVE is holding back their revolution. "Class not race!" they scream as they browbeat people in their economic class or lower for not adopting their policies

Where is Greta Thunberg. Alert the media. This is an actual genocide.
30,000+ Iranians slaughtered in just two days.

48,000+ murdered since December 28, when the uprising against the regime began.

These are the latest figures reported by the ICHR.

Silence helps the regime, not the Iranian people. Speak up now before there is no one left to save.

Considering that "the left" has been increasingly a Whitelash to the civil rights movement and Obama presidency over the last ten years, it's no surprise people don't trust "the left" on civil rights.
statistically speaking (and based off the articles) it is a near certainty that thousands of people currently patrolling the streets in Minnesota are people who did not immediately believe the warnings of the left 10 years ago. I see very little criticism of *them* on here
Bluesky idea: if people who didn't agree with you change their opinions so that they do agree with you, why not be happy that you are making progress - rather than complaining that they are "only just catching up"?

I see that Iranians are getting acquainted with the segment of the western left that believes that only massacres committed by US allies are bad.

The way they're gaslighting victims while criticizing those who were doing the same elsewhere...Exactly the same as their right-winger counterparts.

HAMAS = ISIS = BOKO- HARAM = AL SHABAAB = AL QAEDA = MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD

The only difference is: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Free Palestine is telling you openly they support Hamas, what does that tell you?

What we are fighting in iran is pure fascism. Yet I see no support from any of any so-called "anti fascism" groups

I guess fascism for them is good as long as it fits their narrative

David Hogg’s group has endorsed a primary challenger running against Rep. Stephen Lynch, the previous Ranking Member of the Oversight Committee who additionally helped craft Dodd-Frank.

Same David who said good riddance to Senate candidate Mary Peltola when she lost her House seat to a Republican.

Lotta folks saying “I’d rather be right than win” with their full chest today.

If Kamala campaigning with Liz Cheney was a deciding factor in you not voting for her, you were the problem, not Kamala.

I’m tired of hearing that democrats “aren’t doing enough” to win over various groups of people. Spell out what would be, then, because it sure seems like “enough” is a moving target that always means “something democrats aren’t doing” regardless of what they do.

So they don’t want fascism, but they voted for a fascist, and then fascism happened.

Shouldn’t that be enough to “win them over,” if they actually don’t want fascism?

People keep demanding Democrats not work with Republicans and then in the next instance demand they do something that is impossible UNLESS Democrats work with Republicans.

And shutting down the government HELPS Republicans because their voters are anti government.

It doesn't stop ICE.
Americans must be eyes wide open that blocking the DHS funding bill will not shut down ICE.

ICE is now sitting on a massive slush fund it can tap, whether or not we pass a funding bill.
Federal agents cannot murder people in broad daylight and face zero consequences.

I will NOT support the DHS bill as it stands.

The DHS bill needs to be split off from the larger funding package before the Senate—Republicans must work with us to do that.

I’ll keep fighting to rein in DHS and ICE.

She’s telling you reality. And that massive slush fund came from the OBBB. That GOP budget 0 Democrats voted for. There’s bills already to divert that money, by Democrats. There’s bills to force accountability & identification & to strip qualified immunity. All by Democrats. You need more Democrats.
