Emerald Fennel's "Wuthering Heights"* is going to be 2hrs15m long.

instead, you could listen to Kate Bush's Wuthering Heights** 30x in a row, at 4m29s

You're welcome.

*the quotation marks are apparently part of the title

**also 'loosely based' on the book, as she hadn't read it

We love our big tent, why don't you come on in to the big tent, people who want to kill half of the people already inside this tent.

...

hey, why's our big tent so empty? probably no reason I could possibly fathom.

These are called Ultramarines, you may think this is because they all wear armour this charming shade of blue, or that they are space marines, or a combination of the two. But no. They are from a place called Ultramar.
you get into warhammer and you find yourself saying stuff like: "oh those are the blood angels. theyre kind of vampire-coded because they have a 'blood curse.' their primarch is named 'sanguinius'" and you start to die of embarrament about liking this and then you remember "count dooku"

This is very good on the recent grotesque behaviour of BBC news editorial:
The BBC is really showing its arse with its editorial guidelines recommending the use of a pseudoscientific dogwhistle in reporting that mentions trans people.

It's important that they're not allowed to continue using fake-scientific insults in peace.

New piece:

‘Biological male’ is a pseudoscientific dogwhistle
The BBC should be better than this.

We're all looking for the nebula that did this.
Hubble has imaged the largest planet-forming disk ever seen! At 400 billion miles wide, it is roughly 40 times the diameter of our solar system. The disk is unexpectedly chaotic and turbulent, offering new insights into how planetary systems form: https://bit.ly/477sQ9b 🔭 🧪

A dog is just for Christmas.

If you see a dog any other time of year. No you didn't.
