Clearly Trump just watched Scarface again, for the 50th time. He so often mentions the narration of the Mariel boatlift and Castro unloading his criminals and lunatics. Imagine a presidency built on old movies playing in a decaying man's plaque-thick brain.
Trump: "They emptied out, if you think about it, they emptied out all of their mental institutions into our country." (Trump doesn't understand the difference between insane asylums and political asylum claims.)
