Offal Office. Travesty. Were he not immune per the Sup Ct would be liable for the tort I invented for a LS exam question way back in the day: "Intentional infliction of aesthetic destress." (I got -0- credit but passed anyway. Would like to think in light of DT, outcome would be different now.)
