This is a flagrant violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act signed into law in 1993.

They weren’t even given adequate warning. Just 17 days to pay up.

Plague deaths still happen in the Southwest so this isn’t unusual in itself but pneumonic plague is extremely rare and I’m reminded that the CDC infectious disease investigators and outbreak monitors have been fired/eliminated

Playing the Ann Arbor Summer Game & there is a badge related to denim jeans. Recently when thinking about jeans, I recall airbrushed jeans from the early 90's. As fashion always gets recycled through the years, I wonder if that trend will ever return. Maybe I should get some jeans & airbrush them
