And how many small business owners have to pay 25-30% or more in taxes. We pay more than millionaires and billionaires. I think the rich can afford to pay for their fair share.

I can't imagine using drones would not 1. scare kids 2. not harm anyone else and 3. or something else going terribly wrong.
