Not the first to make this point. But there is a tyrant in charge of another country who is accused of being heavily linked to a paedophile sex ring - and supposed ‘patriots’ in this country are passionately willing him to take down our national broadcaster. Madness.

Agree with this.

I think a lot of people had high hopes for Your Party to begin with, but they've really been a car crash from the start and stand in direct contrast to the aligned, focused messaging and growing momentum from the Greens under Zack Polanski.

Join the Greens.
I ENTIRELY understand why a party way to the left of Labour needs to exist.

I have NO IDEA why it needs to be Your Party, other than ego.

The Greens are RIGHT THERE. Corbyn will be 78 at the next election. And it's a shambles. Give up, lads.

The Epstein story gets a something that is tearing at the heart of the electorate: elite impunity. The idea that wealthy and powerful people can do terrible things *at scale* and face no consequences for them. Whatever political party actually stops it could rule the country for a generation.

What a summary.
Wes Streeting is a flat faced plum with all the genuine ideology of a chicken salad and the passion of a bannister. But hey, so long as he speaks well on radio 4, your favourite podcasters and times columnists will sing his praises on here, innit. God we deserve so much better than you wankers 😆.

Stumbled across Brassic this week. Very good indeed. Not sure how I missed it altogether for 6 odd years.

Had two proud dad moments this week, but interestingly in very different ways. With it being Rememberance Day, our two 5 y/o's had been asked at their school to bring in a 'gold coin donation' for the Poppy Appeal. The reactions from the two of them was as interesting as it was contradictory.

I find it genuinely remarkable how everyone keeps turning a blind eye to the obvious issue around Guehí. If a player had done something that was interpreted as being, say, racist, there’s no way it wouldn’t be part of every conversation, so I don’t understand why homophobia isn’t too.

Listened to @theliverpoolway.bsky.social match review earlier. It's as downbeat as you'd expect, and rightly so. The bit that got me, though, was the chat about how you turn things around and the subsequent focus on bringing Guehi in. I thought I couldn't be more deflated, but here we are. #LFC

Everything went City's way today but not bothering to put pressure on the ball is a risk

Commentaror here talking about how #LFC have to find a way to get the best from Wirtz and Isak, given outlay. Fair enough. It starts with the basics. Give me energy, aggression and focus, and do that consistently. Let's start with that and go from there, please. That applies to all of them.
November 9, 2025 at 6:26 PM
Basically where i'm at currently. Off the ball has been miles off where where it needed to be. Absolutely *miles* off.
As bad as the pgmol lot are. Wirtz stood watching the cross and Konate was poor.

A few watched as the second was coming and Virgil was lazy

The min you expect from a LFC team is desire, but this team don't have it anymore.

They wanted to impress Vs real, but not today
November 9, 2025 at 6:06 PM
The most frustrating part of all of this is, this City team are there to be got at, as demonstrated when we finally showed something for 10 minutes at the start of this half. Unfortunately, that short period aside it's been miles off the level. More annoyed with them than i've been all season. #LFC
November 9, 2025 at 6:04 PM
Just watching their first goal. Virgil and Robbo need to switch back into position as the move is building. Robbo has enough time to get out to him far quicker than he does, though, which is error one. But Wirtz is *really* poor. He's ambling back and impacting nobody in blue. Not good enough. #LFC
November 9, 2025 at 5:35 PM
That's a poor half from #LFC. Half a yard short all over the pitch. Nowhere close to the intensity and aggression we saw on Tuesday. Konate woeful on a couple of occasions (costing us a penalty and a goal), midfield non-existent, and I want far more from Ekitike in all phases. Really disappointing.
November 9, 2025 at 5:23 PM
Can we not just stop this madness and give them Gakpo instead now.
Luis Diaz good lord
November 8, 2025 at 9:58 PM
How did we lose to that United team, and how how the collective 'we' allowed a situation whereby they were ten minutes away from going second. A lengthy period of reflection needed from all concerned.
November 8, 2025 at 2:45 PM
Both sides will (rightly, IMO) feel like they need to win tomorrow. A draw will be Arsenal's ideal. The good news for #LFC is, this City team is a long way short of previous incarnations. If we show the same energy and focus that we had in abundance on Wednesday, it's absolutely doable.
November 8, 2025 at 1:37 AM
Watched the Real Madrid game back last night. Unrecognisable from recent weeks, which was brilliant - and reassuring. Just on Wirtz; I absolutely loved his performance. Forget what he did on the ball, it was everything off it that I enjoyed. That energy & aggression needs to be a prerequisite. #LFC
