I thought Louisiana was going to close the 2018 Farm Bill loophole concerning THCA in Jan, but they didn't. I stocked up like a madman in Dec, and recently caught a one-day 2 for 1 bulk special.
Cannabis patients can possess 2.5 oz, but the online stuff is classified as hemp, so there's no limit.
