Over the past four or five years, I've had three big surgeries because I'm 50 years old and can't top skateboarding to my own detriment- tibia plateau fracture (plate under knee w/8 pins), fused vertebrae with 2 support rods, and rebuilt bicep with donor tendon- still skating hard!

We're simultaneously on the verge of ending HIV (via PrEP, promising vaccines, etc) while at the same time going back to the Reagan's 80s (pulling PEPFAR, employing a virus "skeptic" like RFK, and all the other evil shit).
