Pleased to share my first piece for the Toronto Star! (Yes, it's about toilets.) Thanks to everyone who shared their #theatre washroom wisdom.

Women wait 34 times longer than men for theatre washrooms. Is there finally hope at the end of the line?
When the intermission lights come on, the race for the women's washroom begins.

It's crazy to me that we still treat the online realm like a wild west with thoroughly inadequate law enforcement.

Yeah, there are civil liberties trade-offs to law enforcement. But the breadth and depth of the scam economy is clearly a cancer on our society.
this is the craziest thing I've read in a long time???? Meta projected that 10% of its revenue last year, $16 billion, came from scams. Meta intentionally charges the scammers MORE and knows that people who click on scams are more likely to see more of them www.reuters.com/investigatio...

Finally had the chance to catch GOBLIN:OEDIPUS this weekend (what, did something else happen on Saturday?). Loved the show – and especially glad it lived up to the goblins' Mackers.

Here's my profile of Spontaneous Theatre:

Spontaneous Theatre has had a benchmark year – and not just because of the goblins
Goblin:Oedipus is the most recent in a string of well-received, semi-improvised plays by the theatre company

Ford says it will make the province more efficient & reduce red tape.

It won’t do either, and he knows it.

It might get him “speeder votes” though.

This will kill more people.

who creates the lively art and music scenes if the rent is too high? who makes cultural life? who serves you food or washes your dishes? who creates the fancy little restaurants that draw you to urban living? affordable housing is at the heart of what makes city life worthwhile.
