We're at the vet. She's doing blood tests on Buddy to see what we can find out. The sores in his mouth are coming back, and she also sees bruising. Also his heart murmur is more pronounced. I'm gonna wait for the results and we'll go from there. ProBNP, CNC, Chem17, electrolytes, and thyroid tests.

I have so many older Apple products around here - my iPod touch, a couple different nanos that are in boxes somewhere, an iPad Air -- I need to see if there's a way to strip Mac OS out of them and sideload something that will make them function for something.

My twelve-year-old daughter's Christmas haul included a cassette Walkman and a Discman, and music to play on both.

I used to think that smartphones and streaming were a mistake because giving people the illusion of access to everything all of the time would break us irreparably, but this & returns to iPods, DVDs, records, etc prove that people just want to be people, not 24/7 consumers and marketing targets.
