Not sure if you’ve watched much of HK but being from a 7s background he knows exactly how to work in a system to create try-scoring opps- lovely score v NZ in attached but his animation to fix defenders is brilliant- my favourite current Irish player

Understand that there are ructions in the camp- some believe that Ringrose could have played but is saving himself for the greater honour of playing for Leinster

But right at the end of training today, he told Andy Farrell he didn't feel right.
Very honest and selfless from Ringrose to rule himself out of his Lions Test debut.
