I hate leaf blowers so much. Two lads have been trying to clear wet leaves, while it is raining, from the paths of the entire park that is opposite my house since 07:00 this morning. No shade to the workers. But it's impossible to work with a sound of dying bag pipes droning in the back ground.

Some of you awesome people told me about Noirvember, which I never knew about, and I had to contribute my Noirvember piece featuring none other than Detective Pikachu, the ultimate noir icon and Pokemon icon. If y'all like it, I might do more of these. It was lots of fun.

For decades, Greebles have been used as stimuli in psychology studies on facial recognition. Greebles come in five families (Samar, Galli, Osmit, Radok and Tasio) and two genders (plok and glip).
Though nobody is sure where they come from, science owes these odd creatures an enormous debt.

Hello internets, there's a paleontological museum in danger of being closed. Please help.
Well it seems it is going to be to late for @lastweektonight.com to help with their hiatus. Any suggestions for a big sci com/science interested news account I should play with to help save PRI?

Tag them in the comments with your pitch for why they should help out this museum maybe

ATTENTION! Chris here: Down to the wire. About to lose our storage and home. If we can last a couple more months here I can move us to an apt that is far more affordable/avoid sleeping in the car. Im going to open a new digital bundle tier for $105 which gets you everything in the shop plus bonuses.

This is sadly true. Several colleagues in different fields are dealing with situations like this. Multiple complaints about a PI's research conduct over many years. But not enough evidence as witnesses are too afraid of Prof. So it's WB word against Prof, and uni always sides with Prof.
LM: Whistleblowers can play such an important role here, but there is so much fear of the powerful professor. Universities do not really investigate such cases thorougly, they believe the senior researcher because they bring in the money.
Politicians seem not interested.
