'I didn't vote for this' is asinine, when you come from a imperialist country you inherently benefit from it's plundering that's just the reality of it there is no 'but' to it no matter where you fall on the political spectrum, it's good to be aware of it because it means you can begin to address it
Every American is complicit that's why it's your responsibility to contest your gov and it's choices, only because you don't condone its actions morally doesn't mean you don't benefit from it's imperialism, it's important to be aware of this
