ADHD is the largest treatable cause of unemployment.
Of suicide.
Of accidents.
Of violent crime.
Of drug addiction.
Of poverty.

Yet less than 1 in 20 people who have it who are over 40 are diagnosed, and the current system will never diagnose even 1 in 10 of them.

Why didn’t Trump order flags to be flown at half staff for National Guard member Sarah Beckstrom like he did for Charlie Kirk? 🤔

To anyone that suffers with addiction, the urge to act out can be so overwhelming and consuming that it can be hard to focus on anything else. Throw ADHD into the mix and you have a recipe for a deeply unhealthy life. If you're suffering, reach out. I'll be there to listen.

Net migration has fallen again to 204,000, the lowest level since 2021 and is forecast to continue falling over the coming years.

Not that you would know it from the endless coverage of Britain's supposed "immigration crisis"

Political hacks such as Rigby, Mason and Coates should spend one year every five on secondment doing voluntary work in the poorest parts of the UK.
It would end their obsession with shenanigans in the Westminster bubble.

The restriction on car makes in Motability is a perfect and horrible example of Government By Vibes. it saves no money, it helps absolutely nobody, all it does is makes a few cruel and angry people feel better while disadvantaging people with mobility needs.

I'd be really interested in what percentage of the public are actually engaged in the budget. Strikes me that once you're below a certain threshold this talk of billions here, billions there simply don't have an effect on people's perceived quality of life. Maybe it's just me.
November 26, 2025 at 12:46 PM
Well no. Personally, I chose to elect Labour because I thought they'd be a progressive government, not one aping the previous 14 years and seemingly determined to track ever further rightward. I feel pretty foolish now.
Asked if Keir Starmer believes British people want to "see refugee children pulled out of school and deported after 10 years in this country”, his spokesman says that “what the British public wants and what this government was elected on a mandate to deliver was to secure our borders"

As for Farage’s use of racist slurs being confined to his childhood - well, that's not what Alan Sked, the founder of UKIP, claimed in this 2014 interview.

He says here that Farage was using the "n" word as late as 1997.

Farage would have been about 33 at time.

I'm not saying all of Farage's supporters are racist but

- actually forget that, it's exactly what I'm saying.
I haven't seen any yet but you could probably find a few contemporaries who didn't personally witness Farage being Farage at school. But there doesn't seem to be a single former pupil or teacher who find the descriptions of racism, anti-semitism & cruelty unfeasible. Shocked, I tell you...
