I actually do go out of my way in my review to contextualise how Call of Duty's yearly release cycle and use of AI actually undermines and devalues the countless hours of hard work that humans put in at these companies, but go off, I guess?

The idea that you can't give a bad score to a AAA game unless it sets your computer on fire is ridiculous. The review complains about derivative areas, bad story, poor balance, AI slop, and a company doing a lot of evil stuff these days. A 1/10 score seems justified to me.

The idea that you can't give a bad score to a AAA game unless it sets your computer on fire is ridiculous. The review complains about derivative areas, bad story, poor balance, AI slop, and a company doing a lot of evil stuff these days. A 1/10 score seems justified to me.

That got me an answer, at least: it was nothing to do with me and everything to do with the studio’s ontologically evil c-suite acting without thought or care to whose lives they ruined. And they *had* ruined mine. I’d end up being unemployed for 9 months as the game industry burned down.

Ive been dissatisfied with my noctilith crown since I painted it. I finally revisited it- rusted it, made the green marble flat gloss black, redid the osl. Much happier now.
