I just ordered my Girl Scout cookies for the year from a girl on this list. Try the newer lemon cookies, they’re delicious.
2025…first reaction is fear (as per usual). But a a lot of that fear is around what I already can’t control, so in terms of what I CAN:
1) Practice ways to regulate my emotions without needing to numb myself or avoid.
2) Be less scared of people/community.
Might a well try? Let’s see!
