The *best-case* scenario is that agents of the state executed a man for exercising his Second Amendment rights.

Yet you won't hear a fucking word from Second Amendment advocates—though this is exactly what they claimed to fear for the last half-century.

Fuck all these fascists.

This could end any day. Republicans in Congress are choosing not to do so.
Reminder: All it would take to end the murder of American citizens by an untrained government goon squad is 16 Republicans in Congress voting with Dems to defund ICE (or 23 to impeach and remove Trump — 3 in House & 20 in Senate). That’s it. 23 Americans can vote for the public and end all of this.

Every video I’ve seen directly contradicts the DHS narrative.

They say he approached the officers armed and ready to “massacre law enforcement.”

In reality, he was recording ICE then after they shoved a woman, he got in between them.

They then surrounded him and killed him.

Exactly. As I said earlier today, Bondi is complicit in this latest murder.
This only happened because DOJ let them get away with Renee Good.

What happened in Minnesota today was not a mistake. It's a deliberate and inevitable outcome of ICE operations - part of the authoritarian script for state violence against citizens.

Regime thugs target minorities

Regime thugs kill protesters

Regime exploits larger protests to escalate repression

The killings will continue until you give us the state voter rolls
Fox News: "I've gotten my hands that AG Bondi said she sent to Gov. Tim Walz. It is strongly worded. The AG calls for the governor to support the men and women of ICE, to repeal the state's sanctuary policies, and to allow the DOJ to access state voter rolls."

The Policy Director for the President of the United States said that the VA nurse was murdered because he was an “assassin.”

And not one Republican in Congress will say a god damn word about because they are spineless cowards.

One thing that irks me: people keep calling the folks on the streets in Minneapolis protestors. They are not generally there to protest, they are there to observe and document. This is the product of organizing and mutual aid. It is telling that these acts of citizenship are seen as protest!

I used to think Republicans only cared about the 2nd Amendment but not the 1st. Now it seems they don’t really care about either one.

We have for now the same kaleidoscopic jumble as in the aftermath of every such episode.
But real clarity emerges when look at last two weeks:

1. again a US citizen committing no crime
2. again a murderous illegal onslaught by ICE
3. again, instantaneous pack of lies by Bovino & Co

How regimes behave
“Federal agents briefly detained our reporter at the scene, who says he was tackled to the ground and had a gun put in his face.”
BREAKING: Federal agent shoots man in south Minneapolis
A Bring Me The News reporter was near the scene, and recorded multiple gunshots.

The second most disturbing thing about today's ICE murder is that ICE rounded up and removed the witnesses. I just pray that woman in pink (and anyone else) texted her video to a friend first.

The same people who pushed for states to be open carry are the ones saying having a gun on you (if that's even true) is grounds to be murdered by state agents.

Good questions.
Just curious, is there ANYTHING that an ICE agent can do that Republicans will condemn as wrong? Anything at all? Or it just automatically defend ICE no matter what now? That’s who you are?

So, if multiple agents tackle a person to the ground, beat him, and then shoot him repeatedly, they cannot later say it was ok cause they later found he was armed - which is neither a crime nor one that carries the penalty of immediate execution.

There's no Nobel prize for killing civilians.
