Action is the antidote to despair. Every day we wake up to fresh new horrors. Today it was news that ICE had executed Alex Pretti in Minneapolis.
It can all feel like too much but we must resist despair. What matters now is that we act. It’s organized people that will save this fragile democracy.

1-4% is a reasonable range for rent increases. It guarantees landlords a return while better stabilizing rents for millions of tenants. The point is not to bankrupt the system.
