I have the first 25% of the game's critical pathing designed. With that I started working on the overworld for the game. There are a total of 320 rooms in the overworld alone.

Recently discovered the games by @colorgrave.bsky.social. I really love the way they handle the retro gameboy style, but gives their games a modern feel through the UI, movements, and action gameplay.

I think one of the hardest parts of game dev(for me) is effects and 'juice'. Today I am working on some particle effects for the game and realized that the software I use, Pixel FX Designer, was made in gamemaker!

I haven't posted here in a while, and a lot has happened.

I won best in show at Atlantic XP with my demo for veil of twilight in June.

2 games I worked on with the team at Iron Fox Games were released!

And this is me announcing that I am now working full time as a solo dev!
