As I'm going through and putting the finishing touches on the new Camera Series, I have to constantly remind myself that it's okay they aren't "perfect." Even if my YouTube channel is 10 years old, I'm basically starting over and having to re-learn all these skills.

And this is why we don't preemptively optimize.
If you have a problem, and then you put in a solution to fix it, you can immediately test if it had any effect at all. If you just think something might be a future problem, and you try to solve it... you get this...
"unknown unknowns" cracks me up. Copying and pasting your game assets five times cos of "industry data" and then deciding to do it FIVE MORE times "just in case" is so, so fucking funny.
