Gengy’s up to some new shenanigans here. I don’t think I have ever seen him chase his tail before!! I think he might need some help getting that thing under control!

Look who I met at the cat cafe this weekend 🥹 His name is Mr. Knightley. He’s a real charmer. First he tucked in his paws and got cozy. Then he did a big sigh & stretch to let one arm out. I wish I knew if Genghis would like a guy like this. G is a lap cat too and he would hate this kid in his way.

Gengy had a visitor today! This is Zoey from down the street. We love her very much. She’s a roly poly little love bug. (But it’s getting colder out so I hope her family starts keeping her in a bit more.)

Happy Gotcha Day to our man Gengy! Genghis, Buddy, Big Man! He came to live with us seven years ago today!!

Here are some favorite pictures from his early days at our house.

Look who surprised me at lunch today!! This is the second frog, in the second umbrella I tried opening. The first one fell all the way out and I screamed before I realized what it was!
Frog seen on inside a tan outdoor umbrella. Frog’s right hand is forward and right leg is back showing it is in motion. Its body is pale with bright yellow on inside legs. It must be warm and humid inside these umbrellas. Trees and corner of a building visible across the bottom of frame.
