They lied about it. All of it. A thug cop shot an unarmed woman five times without justification, boasted about it to his colleagues, and then this administration tried cover it all up by arresting her and charging her with felonies.

Reminder: council will continue to hear from speakers on the proposed budget. There’s a non zero chance we will get to speakers we missed the first time around.
Continuing here: 384: artist. I love this city but disapprove of this budget. Arts make this a vibrant place to live. This budget defers costs to those who have wealth and putting it on those who have very little. Policing does little to stop crime. I’m last 20 years I’ve seen extreme hardship.
