In my recent SmArtschool mentorship with Winona Nelson, I also painted something for the MtG-prompt themed assignments in the class. #art

This is the "Flame-Bound Warrior", and I had a lot of fun figuring out how to make it as badass as possible.
A fierce, running warrior in leather armor. He is carrying an axe, and the flames around the warrior take the shape of a roaring lion. The warrior is completely focused on destruction and running towards us. The whole scene feels full of fire and rage.
