A colleague is someone who works with you towards a common goal, not claps like a demented seal when their government kidnaps and murders people with impunity. Maybe the senator’s comms team can point out the difference to her.
We oppose the ICE funding bill.

We call for a full and transparent investigation with state officials.

And we call on our Republican colleagues to stand up. They know this is wrong.

For those keeping track, using violence to achieve political goals is the literal definition of terrorism.
In the wake of another fatal shooting in Minneapolis.

And he didn’t. He tried to help a woman who’d just been assaulted. There was nothing rash, stupid, or radical about what he did. He showed kindness. And they killed him for it.
This is so difficult to read. apnews.com/article/immi...

There are multiple, repeat, MULTIPLE videos from different angles showing demonstrably this to be horseshit. They think everyone is as stupid as the dumbfucks who voted for this.
Noem lies shamelessly: "An individual approached order Patrol officers with a 9mm semi-automatic gun. The officers attempted to disarm this individual, but the armed suspect reacted violently. This looks like a situation where an individual arrived to inflict maximum damage and kill law enforcement"

One thing that irks me: people keep calling the folks on the streets in Minneapolis protestors. They are not generally there to protest, they are there to observe and document. This is the product of organizing and mutual aid. It is telling that these acts of citizenship are seen as protest!

Tim Walz up there talking about logging evidence for “future” prosecution as if we aren’t in this mess precisely because Democrats failed to prosecute Trump and his people the first time.

They are kidnapping and murdering with impunity. This has to stop. Fuck eggs, fuck groceries, fuck Schumer and Jeffries. This is the fight and there is no room for cowards.

Big talk from a guy so baby shit soft he can’t even shake hands without him decomposing like an overripe banana in a hot car.
Trump on NATO: "I've always said, will they be there if we ever needed them? That's really the ultimate test. I'm not sure of that. We've never needed them. They'll say they sent some troops to Afghanistan and this or that. And they did. They stayed a little back, off the front lines."

It’s free as in he’s freely lining his pockets. The market manipulation has largely flown under the radar but it is just as blatant as the fascism.
BARTIROMO: You've taken a 10% stake in Intel. You've taken a stake in MP. You told the defense companies 'don't pay dividends, don't do buybacks.' So please explain to our audience, how is that free market capitalism?

TRUMP: Well, it's very free market

NOEM: Thank you for not naming him. People don't realize that when you keep naming someone over and over, you increase the threats against them

Ah yes, the “Just the tip…” doctrine.
BARTIROMO: What do you want to say about the European Union pushing back and saying they're not going to complete their trade deal with the US because of Greenland?

BESSENT: I'd tell everyone sit back. Take a deep breath. Do not retaliate. Do not retaliate. Have an open mind.

The United States government being run by a bunch of 4chan dorks is probably not a positive.
Trump also just posted an image of his meeting with European leaders from August, but edited to feature a map of North America covered in the US flag -- including Canada

TRUMP: Good prize good Trump give terrific Trump deserve president
NORWEGIAN PM: Trump, we simply can’t award you a Nobel Peace Prize. We have no role in it.
TRUMP: jealousy PM
Norwegian PM Støre says Trump repeatedly raises—complains about, pleads for, and demands—the Nobel Peace Prize every time they meet. Støre gives same answer each time: decision is made independently by Norwegian Nobel Committee, with no role for Norwegian gov—a concept Trump appears unable to grasp.

Fire this old bag of fillers into the god damn sun. There’s never been a figure in modern American politics who has been so woefully unprepared to meet a moment.

Well, maybe Hakeem Jeffries.
NEW: In this interview, Chuck Schumer describes the "five buckets" Dems think are key to their possibly winning a Senate majority in 2026: housing, "the high price of food [and] food monopolies playing a major role there," electricity, "the high cost of childcare," and health care.
Zero Chucks Left to Give
Chuck Schumer now sees a path back to the majority. Can he manage his way through it?
