i think something people really don't understand is that right now there are literally dozens of vulnerable Republican members of Congress whose loud and proud support for ICE are ripe for attacking this year but if Democrats join with them to pass "ICE reform" it lets all of them off the hook

- Create a new court (complying w/ 6A jury vicinage)
- Give it jurisdiction over defined category of crimes
- Also create dedicated prosecutors for the same
- Strip SCOTUS of appellate jurisdiction
