I'm shaken.

I've had enough.

I want the Labor Party out, of every level of government.

I don't want red carpet for war criminals. I don't want them de-platforming writers & artists.

I don't want to be terrorised by thug police in the city.

They've trashed Gough Whitlam's legacy.

Vote them out!

Aus rents have risen 2.5x faster than wages over the past 5 yrs. Renters are now spending an average of 33.4% of income on rent, putting millions into housing stress. Meanwhile, investor lending skyrockets. A result of Labor's choices that are making the housing crisis worse.

The Albo govt could burn political capital doing good and necessary things.

But instead it creates this unholy mess. Alienating everyone. Fairly confident this incident will define his Prime Ministership.

I went out before today's Herzog protest at Parliament and saw this massive police surveillance tower. This is completely unnecessary, and intimidating, at a peaceful protest. Police need to be protecting protesters, not snooping on them, or attacking them.

“A retired renter in outer Brisbane describes skipping medical appointments to cover rent increases that arrived twice in 18 months. This experience is no longer unusual. It reflects a broader pattern in which policy inaction compounds financial stress rather than alleviating it.” #auspol

Capital gains tax reform could reshape Australia’s housing market
As debate over capital gains tax returns to parliament, longstanding concessions are again under scrutiny for their role in driving housing speculation, inequality and intergenerational imbalance.

You could feel their tension.
