I hope you can bring to light what is needed to avoid what happened in the CFS advisory committee.
I am not surprised HHS is dragging their feet!
Especially now that there is social media that can more quickly expose the kind of shenanigans they used with CFSAC to block myalgic encephalomyelitis.

You might have heard that Boris Johnson scrawled an expletive onto a document describing #LongCovid when managing the pandemic as UK prime minister.
He also scrawled "Gulf War Syndrome stuff", another dismissive slur aimed at post-viral illness sufferers

16) For those who [have] been vaccinated and then acquire Covid it is highly likely that the vaccine will reduce the probability of the long term problems associated with severe disease. To Poole ferry terminal for C-vax. As usual, we were the only ones in the waiting area wearing masks. First C-vax I've been eligible for for over 12mths. Both of us (one >75 group, one >65 group) received Pfizer XBB, so it was worth waiting until October for the newer vaccine.
