I just called Chuck Schumer’s office and, for the first time EVER, a person answered, who then politely entered my complaints into their call log.
This tells me two things:

I haven’t seen a lot of cis people I usually see pushing for calls, etc. doing so about these rules provisions, which would devastate trans people nationally.

they are relying on cis people to look the other way while this happens. they are relying on you thinking "Well, it could never happen to me." they are relying on the idea that people will not care or help and YOU - non-trans people - MUST prove them wrong. anything less leads to extermination.
There's already a draft policy to create a category of "transgender domestic terrorism" within the Trump administration. They could potentially classify all trans people as domestic extremists and terrorists just as Russia did.

Thinking about gender again and how I relate to it...and I just dont know? I have pcos so I dont know if that makes me fit into a box I dont even know im in. But cis has never fit right? I dont know. Just rambling.
