i had a very hard day.. getting on new meds, then an intense (1st official, with my NEW counselor) trauma dump/here's my backstory counseling session that left me feeling. validated but vulnerable
BUT I DID IT! i even went out & did all that on my own!! i gotta feel proud! I am exhausted but proud!
