The “staffer” excuse the White House is pushing is almost certainly a lie. 1) When is the last time they told the truth about anything? 2) It wasn’t long ago when he/his staff said only Trump and Dan Scavino had access to to his social media accounts.

The New York Times relentlessly and endlessly attempts to absolve Donald Trump of his reprehensible and inexcusable acts. Last night he posted a video portraying the Obamas as apes. The Times suggests he may not have watched the video but simply posted it.

I’m not sure we’ve properly addressed how profoundly disturbing it is that America can largely shrug at the stashing of human beings in giant warehouses.

This is a remarkable @nytimes.com split screen:

A huge 3,526 word + photos profile on Sen Britt who "can't stop thinking about the boy ICE detained"

But Rep Jaoquin Castro- who actually got Liam Ramos out of detention & back home- gets no interview, no pix, just 116 words inside a story. WOW.

Is Trump trying to butter up Bill Clinton hoping Clinton won’t reveal anything damning about Trump’s relationship with Epstein?
Q: “Why is the president bothered that they're investigating Bill Clinton and his Epstein ties?”

Leavitt: “I think that the president has respect for…Bill Clinton. He said yesterday himself they've shared a good relationship, and that's what he was reiterating in that NBC interview.”

That’s quite a confession. One that will likely be remembered in history, as long as history is allowed to be written and owned. bsky.app/profile/atru...
Trump at National Prayer Breakfast: "They rigged the second election. I had to win it. I needed it for my own ego. I would've had a bad ego for the rest of my life. Now I really have a big ego. Beating these lunatics was incredible ... The first time they said I didn't win the popular vote. I did"

BS. Pastor Johnson cites Matthew 22:40, but conveniently doesn’t address it. “All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” In the New Testament, “Law” (nomos) refers to God’s covenantal law governing all of Israel: individuals, rulers, courts, and kings alike. 1/x

You cannot do "commonsense reform" for a secret police force that's declared itself exempt from constitutional requirements. You cannot reform ultraviolent agencies that have been corrupt for decades and now have accountability only to the president's goons and lackeys.
Democrats want commonsense reform for ICE:

End the roving patrols and racial profiling.

Take accountability and abide by the same rules as local police.

Masks need to come off, body cameras need to stay on—no secret police in the United States of America.

House Democrats should reflect on Trump’s threatening remarks here before casting a single vote on a budget bill today or weeks from now.
Trump: "These people were brought to our country to vote, & they vote illegally. The Republicans should say, we should take over the voting in at least 15 places. The Republicans ought to nationalize the voting. We have states that I won that show I didn't win. You're gonna see something in Georgia"

For a long time John Roberts was supposed to be the Supreme Court's savviest *politcian*, in terms of preserving its image while pushing his conservative agenda. But "I helped Trump win and now I'm locking this place down" is pretty good evidence he lost the thread www.nytimes.com/2026/02/02/u...

If the Roberts Court weren’t as corrupt as Donald Trump and his regime, they wouldn’t need non-disclosure agreements. Furthermore, Roberts scolds the nation about not trusting the Court but he doesn’t trust the Court’s handpicked inner sanctum? Pfft.

I found the first investigative file from the first complainant against Epstein in 2005.

There are descriptions from the officer, over several interviews of the girl, of her pulling her knees up on the chair, drawing doodles, & the officer high-fiving her to keep her calm as she speaks of horror.
