Back in 2019 the leader of the University of Washington college republicans got in hot water for tweeting out the term “GloboHomo,” a slur known almost solely to the sorts of folks who read Stormfront. So of course that person was soon hired by Chris Rufo and is now Russ Vought’s press secretary.

Also, what a LOT of people who are not black on this side of the planet do not understand is that being a descendant of slaves is not a badge of shame but a badge of honor. Because that freedom was won under impossible odds. An AMAZING accomplishment.

Perhaps now people will stop wishcasting about the US military refusing illegal orders. That's not a thing that happens. The 100% compliance rate with using civilian boats for target practice was a bit of a tell.

The military literally takes kids and trains them to follow fucking orders and not question authority. And then those kids have their lives and income and everything pretty much controlled by their job. It's an identity.
And it's hard for most people to resist authority.
