The least we can do is make someone delete 75 voicemails every morning making it clear that they are participating in something that makes us loathe them!
this is the best reframe iโ€™ve ever seen about calling your politicians
It really do recommend making your shitty day the problem of your shitty senator's voicemail every night, it doesn't have to be a chore. It is a actually cathartic

This is a great place to start. Casablanca came out in 1942. When they filmed this, they did not know how the war would end.

Be helpful if you can.
Be prickly when you have to.
Be someone's light in the darkness.
Be the reason a forest is considered haunted.
But most of all, be kind and stay weird.

Life lessons from the book Dracula:
- Eat. You can't make progress unless you keep up your strength.
- Sleep when you can, for the same reason.
- Let your friends help. They want to as much as you do, and you all do better with each other's support.
Currently wondering if Bram Stoker was the sort of person who forgot to eat when focused on a task, as the characters in Dracula are constantly encouraging each other to eat (normal meals for humans).
