i've had several people ask me, so: yes, you can start with Pathologic 3. It's the Bachelor's route, which is what you're technically supposed to do first in Pathologic 1. So it's the best "what the fuck is even going on here" route.

as a sicko for final fantasy tactics and tactics ogre i think the only reason TO isn't as broadly popular as FFT is because FFT gives you powerful uniques much sooner, and TO is designed for larger squads and is often much harder. if TO was as willing to let you feel OP I think more would play it.

i think we need to understand what people are thinking of when they say they only play AAA. is it polish? budget and breadth of game? it could mean a lot of things. in the former case, blake manor or hades or silksong are easy recs. in the latter case... star citizen? technically indie, right?

got a new phone, did a drawing to get used to the new stylus and screen. it's a lot smoother than I'm used to. about 45-50 minutes total, sketchbook app.

I'm still processing this. Wegmans - especially this location, Sunday morning - is an extremely chill experience and having the 1997 chemical brothers classic explode out of the speakers while I'm shopping for bananas was, shall we say, cognitively discordant in a special kind of way
just heard block rocking beats in the produce aisle of a Wegmans, so, yeah
whenever I see open questions like this my immediate reaction is to recontextualize a diss track as my genuine position

i haven't done many of these because it's hard for me to pin down single favourites but this year in particular would've been a tossup between planescape torment and chrono cross then and now. i think chrono cross to me today slightly edges out torment for its gameplay.

i finished a certain Séance of Blake Manor last night and it was great. I can't describe any of my feelings on how things specifically went down without spoiling anything so I'll just say it was great. our boy declan made many fine expressions, and they were all so, so deserved.
