Of course a Nobel Prize cannot be passed on, it's strictly and explicitly non-transferable. You can, like Machado to Trump, or Hamsun to Goebbels, give away the medal, or to be more accurate, a notification of the award of the medal. Or stick it in the bin, where it would do more good.
