the 2000s and 2010s were full of people in the entertainment world being rightly fired for saying things that pale in comparison to what comes from prominent Republicans today and the main difference is that major national news media have accepted "Republicans are racist" as no longer newsworthy

There are a lot of things people get wrong about trans women but "making this space welcoming to cis men will make it more welcoming to trans women!" is I think the most wrong and also most common thing that a lot of folks are maddeningly attached to.

One of the most depressing things for me was trying (and failing) to convince my business mentor years ago about this. A person who "practices" zen that has no regard for labor rights.

I think it's really worth noting that literally ZERO mainstream media outlets were talking about Trump claiming a land strike on Venezuela until a few others and I noticed this post here on Sunday and started asking questions. That goes completely unacknowledged in coverage.

You might consider, in ttrpgs we all earn so little that this kind of thing doesn't matter; you sending a friend $19.17 every 6 months isn't much in the grand scheme of things, but the goal is bigger than that, it's about setting standards. You do this, I do this, in 10 years? Everyone does this.
We're always refining, but the SPG Royalty Process shakes out like this; We ask everyone to keep rough track of how many hours they spend on work, and how that time is spent across pieces of work. If someone struggles with this, we ask them to estimate it at the end of the project.
Would love to hear more about it!
