I'm alive but hoo boy is this uncomfortable.
In about an hour I'm have a minor routine surgery and not gonna lie I'm nervous AF. I've never had surgery before and it will be a very quick procedure but I'm super super anxious.
Could use prayers to help calm me down as I go into this surgery.

Neither here nor there, but I do wonder how the response to Bishop Budde's sermon would be different if it had been delivered by a man. I'm seeing a lot of overt and covert gendered critiques, which is just a reminder to me, once again, that people really hate women in powerful positions!

I've been to the office once since the week of Christmas. And it looks like we won't be back into the office until the 24th since the HVAC broke and won't be fixed until then. Hallelujah! I do so much better not going to an office and I'm thankful the year started off this way.
