It's a mix of hand-made stuff and 3d printed details.
The 3d printed architecture stuff (barely visible) was made in blender, while the boat and figures are a remix of collected STLs including a virgin Mary freebie

Torchy Brown in Heartbeats by Jackie Ormes from December 23, 1950. This was a nationally syndicated comic strip, although notably Ormes' work as a Black cartoonist at the time was limited to the Black press for obvious and very bad reasons. This is a fantastic example of her work.
