As discussed on Ep 119, here's the Wizard News story about Miracleman returning in the pages of Hellspawn issue 13. Here Neil Gaiman claimed he owned the rights to the character and shortly after, the issues had to be completely scrapped due to a lawsuit.

Wizard 119 featured a concept sketch from Mark Bagley for Ultimate Electro and then the issue had an ad for Ultimate Spider-Man featuring the final version of the character. How's that for synergy?

Wizard 119 featured these ads for 2 different collectible card sets inspired by the 2001 Tim Burton Planet of the Apes movie. The film featured Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa as an ape named Krull. Sadly the actor passed away this week, but left behind some great performances.

The comic book price guide of Wizard 119 decided to celebrate the 4th of July by highlighting the "Lamest Patriotic Characters" of comics history. First up was Archie Comics/Impact Comics The Shield and Yankee Poodle from Captain Carrot and the Amazing Zoo Crew.
