Check out the Ups & Downs from Wizard 121. To be fair, it's mostly Ups, with just old back issues of Matt Wagner's Grendel dropping slightly in value due to trade paperback collection reprinting the previously hard to find stories.

Check out this report from Wizard 121 about the census conducted by the CGC in 2001, reporting that they had already graded 80,000 comics, 717 of which were #Spawn number 1 with 5 of those earning a 10.0 grade out of the total 91 comics overall that earned the highest grade.

One of the greatest contributions made by @markwaid.bsky.social to CrossGen was Ruse. Often cited as one of the standout books for those comic book fans who had stayed away from the launch titles.Beautiful art by Butch Guice, R.I.P
