My preference for stories is that the ending stays true to the character building & setting. I love a plot twist, but not one that completely contradicts all the information already given. #booksky

I chatted w a spritely old lady whose team is in the World Series. She watched the whole game & was totally upbeat today. I had to go to bed in the 11th inning. 🫣 Turns out she's 97! May we all grow old & stay up late.💗

Today's shooting/fiery pain kept me in bed & is making sleep difficult. The upside to that, is that I got to hear owls hooting from my open window. Merlin identified them as great horned owls (totally common in my city). It was still exciting for me tho.🦉🎉 #Spoonsky

It's pretty incredible that my Dr manages to remember & address all the things I hit her with at once at our appts. I needed my Notes app to keep track of them all.

My thoughts exactly. Give me a 100+ yr old home any day. Bonus that a smaller home is better for the climate, in terms of energy used in heating/cooling.
I waste a lot of time browsing Zillow and don't understand the American preference for larger generic home (3k - 10k sq feet) instead of smaller home with beautiful architecture (1.5 - 3k sq feet)

Just started another round of physical therapy for my back (spinal cord injury). The nerve won't heal, but they may be able to help make things a little bit easier. Not expecting anything great, but it's worth a shot!💗
