Sort of gives away the lie that they're arresting hardened criminals who are drags on society when they're setting up traps to lure in Good Samaritans
CCTV footage appears to show DHS agents posing as people having car trouble in order to lure a target out of his house before arresting them. The target comes out and starts helping them before 3 vehicles surround the scene. The car "experiencing" trouble then drives off with them.

To be fair, when you've illegally ended programs that will result in the deaths of millions of people, it's understandable to think you'd need a pretty significant security detail.

So the feds ARE NOT considering an mRNA vaccine for the flu, which could save countless lives, but ARE backing research into whether horse dewormer can cure cancer, because the right views vaccines as elite and ivermectin as populist.

Cool.

FDA won’t review Moderna application for first mRNA-based flu vaccine
The decision, which shocked company officials, comes as the FDA says it will take a stricter approach to federal vaccine approvals.

"His policies are so popular that we have to prevent votes on them."
Q: The rule today would block anti-tariff votes in the future. What's the reasoning for that?

MIKE JOHNSON: The president's trade policies have been a great benefit to the country. It's undisputed. I think the sentiment is we allow a bit more runway for this to be worked out.

The ability to lie egregiously with a confidence is the #1 qualification for Trump's admin.
BASH: Is this measles outbreak a consequence of the administration undermining support for vaccines?

DR OZ: I don't believe so. Secretary Kennedy has been advocating for measles vaccines

BASH: Oh, come on

on the balance i think partisan gerrymandering is bad but the only way it ends is if democrats weaponize it against republicans everywhere they can. wiping out republican lawmakers in blue states might bring the GOP to the table to end the practice.

What is the end game for this line of attack? Prices aren't going to go down if Dems get back in power, either. The only time we deflation is when the economy is cratering and unemployment is terrible. Fine to call him out his blatant lies, but to claim that lowering prices should be a goal?
Despite Trump’s promises, grocery prices are still rising fast. Families can’t afford this… when is he going to get serious about lowering costs?

"Mail-in votes are fraud, so we'll only allow certain groups to use them."

Trump has always voted by mail, from what I hear.
Trump: “America’s Elections are Rigged, Stolen, and a Laughingstock all over the World. We are either going to fix them, or we won’t have a Country any longer.

1. ALL VOTERS MUST SHOW VOTER ID

2. ALL VOTERS MUST SHOW PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP TO REGISTER

3. NO MAIL-IN BALLOTS"

Trump is paraphrasing the far less well known scripture portion known as the “Sir-man on the mount” where Jesus advises a sycophantic military leader on how to most effectively and sadistically murder his opponents. Not many people know about those passages.
Trump at the National Prayer Breakfast: "We hit 'em. And we want to hit 'em right, sir, and we want to hit them from the top! East, west, north, south. Sir, they won't know what the hell! And we'll knock them out. We did it politically correct. Five years."

The Constitution? Non-starter.
Rep. Mark Harris: "Some of these things are nonstarters. Having judicial warrants? To me, hat's a nonstarter. Being able to make off their mask, putting them at risk? That's a nonstarter. I would say anything that's going to hamstring the work of ICE, that's just not going to go anywhere."

That's an impressive amount of wrongness in one short paragraph. He learned well from his master.
Dr Oz: "If we could get the average American to start working a year earlier, right out of high school, or a year later -- not retire -- or work better during their lifetime because they're healthy, it would generate about $3 trillion to the US economy. That would more than remove the debt."

He "recommends" all kinds of shit but people actually get nothing. (Not that "build it bigger" makes any sense.)
Trump to Lee Zeldin on fire-affected homes in California: "I also recommend one other thing. Give them their house plus a 10% bonus. In other words, you can build your house 10% larger."
