Yeah Vance is an idiot. Only the sitting president current has immunity. Anyone else who commits a crime in in office is liable and could be prosecuted. Im retired DoD and we had annual training telling us that we can be held liable for wrong doing. Murdering an innocent person IS wrong doing.
