There are solutions.

When temperatures rise and it's forecasted 40C, prepaid meters can be programmed to prevent disconnection in that window.

That would avoid and mitigate some of the worst harms that we're seeing of prepayment during extreme temperatures.

I don't ask for the two bars to totally be the same, but more reality in reporting would be beneficial.

Thailand etc.etc. The ASEAN nations (and the Pacific too).
