I’m old enough to remember the 1968 My Lai massacre in Viet Nam. 504 women, children and old men killed, many women and girls gang-raped by US soldiers before being murdered.
William Calley, the soldier singled out from the infantries involved, only got 3 years house arrest thx to Pres Nixon.
