Memorial Day weekend, 1987. I was 5 years old and hit by a drunk driver while I was sleeping in bed. We lived in a house on a corner lot in a busy neighborhood. The driver mistook our yard for his driveway. He also mistook his gas pedal for the brake. He struck my bedroom head on.

The judge explains that while she hasn't accepted the government's indictment, an indictment isn't the only path to prove probable cause. Here, the judge has determined there IS probable cause Cole did this, and holds him in pretrial detention based on danger to the community.

He's using the CIA as an end-run around Congress. Trump installed Michael Ellis as General Counsel of the CIA back in September and got him to write a memo saying these attacks are legal. Ellis was part of the group that hid the "perfect" phone call with Zelenskyy that led to Trump's 1st impeachment

(Their report doesn't include a date for alleged strike. CIA/WH/US Special Forces haven't confirmed.)
