A group of us fund/cook/serve a meal at a supportive housing campus. Residents typically get a meal per day but Sundays were a food desert, so we now do a weekly Sunday breakfast. We've gotten to know some of the people we serve, but we SEE them all. Donating is great. Engaging is that much better.
