I booked my vaccine for DGH drivethrough this week when I became eligible. Looking at the appt. it shows it's the moderna monovalent. Will this protect against the prevalent strains?

Almost decided not to bother seeing this one in the theatre based on the response it was getting. Went last night and, yes, all this! Wish I could be more baffled by the reaction to this very funny movie with three women leads.
The Marvels was a rip roaring time and laugh out loud funny. Totally go see it.

It is a lot easier to stand on the outside and make snarky comments about how everything is bad than it is to roll up your sleeves and do the actual work required to fix problems.
Especially if you pretend those problems are very easy to solve and the issue is everyone but you is stupid.

The first time I've seen this beautiful gray squirrel kitten in my back yard. His tail is bigger than he is, sooo fluffy! Hopefully I'll see more of the little guy.

Being an Aunt is fun. I've just watched 2 nephews play basketball in NB and a niece play hockey in NS. Will watch another nephew play hockey this evening somewhere in the valley.
