This is a disgrace. Every single MP and Senator who voted for this should lose their seat.
Forget politics, it violates a fundamental legal principle: you're innocent until proven guilty.
I hope the High Court quashes this on a challenge. It's clearly punitive action by the executive.

You know, there two things to take away from the Trump-Mamdani meeting:
1) Engaging with your political opponents is how you make change
2) There's more to Trump than most of us give him credit for
Being willing to meet and listen is a prerequisite for this sort of thing. Credit to both.
